OUR TECHNOLOGY
To date, the dialogue platforms that power the interactions behind the largest smartphone assistants, automobiles, customer service bots and, increasingly, at-home assistants, all use a highly rigid approach to match individual words and phrases to knowledge bases. This creates a limited interaction that cannot account for context, memory, emotion, and personalization, and has no capacity for evolution.
This has lead to the widespread consumer dissatisfaction with even the leading voice interaction tools.
Speak With Me takes an entirely different approach. Decision making happens dynamically based on emotion, context, personalization, and historical interactions. The result is a constantly-evolving, lightning fast interaction that takes into account not just linguistic data, but human emotion and unpredictability.
Speak With Me also has the ability to run offline, or in a patented, hybrid-client server approach that favors the client, which results in more reliable interactions that work regardless of internet speed, and also respects your privacy.
